How do I access the basic information in my TUMAMA account?
If you want to access your basic personal information, e.g. profile picture, nickname, style preference and size, please log in to your TUMAMA account and select My Account.

How do I modify the basic information on my TUMAMA account?
If you want to modify your basic personal information on your TUMAMA account, e.g. profile picture, nickname, style preference and size, please log in to your TUMAMA account and select [My Account] – [My Profile].

How do I update my email address?
We regret to inform you that we cannot change your registered email address associated with your TUMAMA account in order to ensure your account safety.

  • If you have not made any purchases from TUMAMA yet, we recommend creating a new TUMAMA account.
  • If you have unpaid orders or wallet balances in your TUMAMA account, we recommend you keep this account until all isssues are resolved. Then you can sign up for a new account.

How do I delete the data I provided to TUMAMA?

If you want to delete your payment information on your TUMAMA account, e.g. bank card info, please log in to your TUMAMA account and select [My Account] – [ My Payment Options ].

TUMAMA fully protects your privacy and absolutely respects your rights regarding your personal data.
You can unsibscribe from marketing emails by clicking on the “unsubscribe” button at the bottom of each email.

Delete or Cancel My Account

Delete your account, or solve the problems encountered when deleting your account. All data related to the account will be deleted once the account is deleted.
