How do I access the basic information in my Tumama Kids account?

How do I modify the basic information on my Tumama Kids account?

How do I update my email address?
We regret to inform you that we cannot change your registered email address associated with your Tumama Kids account in order to ensure your account safety.

• If you have not made any purchases from Tumama Kids yet, we recommend creating a new Tumama Kids account.

• If you have unpaid orders or wallet balances in your Tumama Kids account, we recommend you keep this account until all isssues are resolved. Then you can sign up for a new account.

Delete or Cancel My Account
