I was a little worried at first because I saw different dogs making more of cat-like sounds. Very cuddly and those sensors it has that makes it respond when you hug it, my grand daughter learned them amazingly quickly

This was purchased for a person living in assisting living facility that missed having a dog. The sadness disappeared at first sight and the little fella attracts a lot of attention in an endearing way.One thing that put me off was the surface is nice and soft but the control box on sides is not, you feel it through the furry material. To remedy that, I added some stuffing up under the 'skin' to plump it up a bit and it is much more cuddly.

My 18 month old niece is obsessed with dogs. I wanted something close to the real deal without the annoying music. This is it. So cute, easy to operate. Only if the leash (cord) didn't come undone so easily, it would hv been perfect.

This little (and it is quite small) dog is really cute! Its coat is very soft though it isn't cuddly as a stuffed animal would be. It walks, barks and wags its tail. Only complaint, it comes with little sunglasses that won't stay on but that is minor.

Nice play toy for children. It is very soft, and come with everything that you need except for battery and the screws to untie the place that you put the battery. The price is reasonable, and I don't know if this will last long. Especially with children who play rough. Regardless, it is a very nice gift.Both boys and girls can play.

I agree with the age range 3 to 6 years old. Maybe even 7. Any younger and they may break the plastic and robotics inside - so watch out if they have a younger sibling! And don't step on it. Mine hasn't broken, I'm just worried about that because of all the components inside.This is cute and has simple one button operation. The handle looks like it has several buttons but it's just the one that turns it on and press the button again to turn it off. You do NOT have to hold the button down. You CAN use this unplugged from the leash! Turn it on with the leash first then unplug it and it will stay on. Plug the leash back in to turn it off. It DOES have a touch sensor in its back! (And possibly head, I'm not sure.) He responds with whimpers and barks & movement when you touch his back.It walks, barks, whimpers, and wags its tail. The barking isn't too loud to be overly annoying. I do wish the leash was more of a gender neutral color. It takes three AA batteries, not included. You need the leash to turn it on/off. It does not have a button on its body. My almost 4-year-old son is in love!!!

My daughter absolutely LOVES this puppy and I guarantee she would give it 5 stars. I on the other hand think the headphone jack leash is just weird. She doesn't seem to mind unless it comes unplugged, and she brings it to me to fix. He comes with quite a few nice accessories; a food bowl and the dog bone are my daughter's favorites. She loves the parking and walks him all around the house so overall I'm pleased with my purchase.

Fun puppy toy, leash connect with puppy and feel loose, my 4 year old play with it for a few hours and leash stopped working and no longer directs the toy. Puppy dog has a motion sensor and can be played with without the leash so my little one didn't care.

Very cute dog toy with the water bowl, bandana, and bone. My only complaint is the plug in for the leash falls out easy. Overall I am pleased with it.

We have a little Yorkie in the family. I got this little remote dog for her entertainment, but it's entertaining everyone. Our Yorkie loves to play around with "Mote"....that's what we call the remote control dog. It's her little buddy now. This is such a cute product. The remote leash is quite short, but it works for what we use it for. This product would be best for really little kids to play with, or to befriend your family little dog like we did. Having fun with this one!

My kids love this little dog. It is well made to look cute and resemble a real dog in the ways that matter to a kid. It can roam around by itself or you can plug in the leash and "control" it. There's only one button on the leash, which is basically "go". It walks forward and barks a few steps every time the button is pressed. The accessories are a nice bonus which the kids can play pretend with. The dog doesn't interact with the accessories on its own, they are for imagination purposes. When the dog barks, it sounds more natural and much more like a real dog sound than those comparable squeaky ones. It is also a fair amount larger than those usually are. The fur and details on the dog are very soft and realistic. It takes 3 AA batteries. This is one of those purchases that just give a rewarding feeling, since it was so well received and I can see that it's a very nice quality toy. My kids range in age from 2 to 7 years old and they all love it and treat it like it's a real dog.

It comes with cute accessories like a bandana, a buckled collar, and a pair of sunglasses.She liked that the toy, in addition to making barking sounds and walking, can also wag the tail. 5 stars.
